Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We keep things simple with a flat-rate shipping model. No matter how many items are in your inventory, the cost remains the same.

Processing & Dispatch

Lead Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. This will either come from our UK or European fulfilment centre. Usually from time of ordering your clothing will arrive within 4-6 working days.
Tracking: Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Evri/Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your loot’s journey.

Important Details

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. NPC Wear cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries: If you aren't home to receive your package, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or pick up your items from a local depot.
Service Areas: Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom only.
