Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. International orders may take 7–14 working days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery progress in real time.

What materials do you use?

What is the quality of the prints?
Our products use a range of direct to garment and direct to film for printing designs onto each clothing item. We take special care in ensuring the best print method is used with the type of clothing.

All print designs utilise a high resolution design to ensure a crisp, high quality print. 

How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our size guide on each product page for accurate measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your products ethically made?
We partner with trusted print-on-demand manufacturers who follow responsible production practices.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days if the item is damaged or defective. Contact our support team to arrange a return. 

Please note as items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind due to size or preference. 

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
