At NPC Wear, we take pride in creating custom, high-quality apparel designed for gamers and fans of dark fantasy aesthetics. Because all of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically with your selected design, our returns policy reflects this.


1. All Sales Are Final

  • All NPC Wear products are made-to-order and custom printed.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Personal preference

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.
  • To report a damaged or defective item:
    1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact button in the bottom right. 
    2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Shipping Issues

  • While we take every precaution to package and ship your order securely, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
  • If your item is lost in transit, we will work to resend your order when possible.
